I bought a Fiido M1 pro last week from Shoppee and delivered by Goodbike Khon Kaen. After receiving and using the bicycle, the battery appeared to be damaged from the battery compartment due to a sharp screw that is attached to the rubber cover that protrudes far into the battery compartment. I reported this to Shoppee and posted a negative review. They would exchange the battery if I wrote a positive review. I edited my previous review, and then Shoppee notified me to return the battery. Because I use the bike every day, I asked for a new battery to be exchanged. They didn't, I had to send it. I couldn't change my review, corrected to "good", after that. In the meantime I have had the sharp screw replaced at an E-bike shop in the area at my own expense. I now have a damaged battery that should not be exchanged but returned. I don't want that, I want to receive a new battery, hence my request to you. Shoppee and Goodbike Khon Kaen are not responding to my request.
