Shi*** untrained customer service who doesn't seem to know anything! I've asked questions regarding shopeepay ewallet top up by cards and all i'm getting is 'we can't disclosed', 'i don't know. I'm only do what i told to do'. Mind you, i don't even yell or cuss. I really asking nicely (but firm to get my answer).I only asked what is the reason for my inconvenience and questions on transaction limit. On which to my surprise.....the answer is...'i don't know miss'. Their customer service are a total joke😂😂. Shopee are providing a plethora of ewallet n shopping convenience services but definitely couldn't handle arising issues well nor they hired and providing good customer services. It's shi*** as hell. The worst ever.
