Horrible Customer Service

Out of courtesy I won’t reveal her name. If Shopee Malaysia care to investigate, the chat started around 11-ish pm on 16 Jan 2023 to 12am 17 Jan 2023.I had a question about a particular voucher - Shopee’s Free Shipping with Minimum RM15 spent which I couldn’t apply to my purchase when I’ve met the criteria — minimum spend, used on only 1 item, and it’s not a ShopeePay specific discount. I’ve read the T&C and was sure it wasn’t a ShopeePay only discount.She gave a lot of maybes — maybe I didn’t meet the minimum spend, used on too many item, etc. I have given her my Order ID and she could see I’ve met the criteria. It came across as she’s going through the motions and checklist because she repeated the things I’ve done.When I asked her to check on that specific voucher T&C (I had the name and was sure it’s a Shopee Platform discount), she told me to read the T&C (of the coupon I don’t have because I couldn’t use it) and that Shopee has a lot of T&Cs so she doesn’t know. She then ended my chat without resolving my issue.That’s very rude and unprofessional.
