I ordered several items on 11 Dec, receiving all but one by 13 Dec. The missing order was marked as shipped, but as of 16 Dec, it remains unprocessed. When I contacted customer support, I received no new information. I asked for faster delivery, but the agent suggested a refund instead, which is absurd. I reached out for assistance, not a refund. The agents seem lacking in empathy and merely provide standard replies. The sorting facility should have delivered my item by now, but the delays are frustrating. I regret not choosing another platform.
