The blocking feature has been disabled for several years, putting the safety of users at risk. As a seller, I recently encountered a troublesome buyer who harassed me after receiving a product that did not meet her expectations. Not only did she leave a one-star review, but she also continued to blame me for all her issues and even threatened me with harmful comments. The return address linked to this transaction is my home address, and I had no way to block this buyer. The support team advised me to appeal to the relevant department, which requires a review process that takes about five working days. This platform no longer ensures the safety of its users, and it will become increasingly unsafe if harassment continues unchecked.

Although I accepted a discount offer from the seller, I later realized I lost my cashback coins without prior notice. Customer service cited company policy, which wasn't mentioned in the terms. This feels unfair, and my interactions with support have been frustratingly unhelpful.
If I could choose zero stars, I would. I bought a product based on its advertised quality, but upon opening it, I found it to be subpar. My attempts to return and refund have been rejected repeatedly. It's disheartening to see such a disconnect between marketing and actual product quality.
I am extremely frustrated with the customer service. They provide no real assistance, only repeating empty phrases about escalating issues. My order has not moved for five days after being handed to the courier, and contacting customer support has yielded no results. I plan to escalate this matter further as I feel cheated.
