The blocking feature has been disabled for several years, putting the safety of users at risk. As a seller, I recently encountered a troublesome buyer who harassed me after receiving a product that did not meet her expectations. Not only did she leave a one-star review, but she also continued to blame me for all her issues and even threatened me with harmful comments. The return address linked to this transaction is my home address, and I had no way to block this buyer. The support team advised me to appeal to the relevant department, which requires a review process that takes about five working days. This platform no longer ensures the safety of its users, and it will become increasingly unsafe if harassment continues unchecked.

While many sellers are decent, the real issue lies with the customer service, which randomly cancels refund requests despite previously providing a timeline for resolution. Very frustrating.

Frustrating Delivery Experience

I ordered several items on 11 Dec and received all but one by 13 Dec. The tracking indicated the item was shipped and arrived at the sorting facility on 12 Dec, but as of 16 Dec, it remains unprocessed. Customer service provided no new information and suggested a refund, which I find ridiculous. I sought assistance, not a refund. The agents seem to lack empathy and provide scripted responses. The sorting facility should have handled my order better, and the delays are unacceptable.

I ordered several items on 11 Dec, receiving all but one by 13 Dec. The missing order was marked as shipped, but as of 16 Dec, it remains unprocessed. When I contacted customer support, I received no new information. I asked for faster delivery, but the agent suggested a refund instead, which is absurd. I reached out for assistance, not a refund. The agents seem lacking in empathy and merely provide standard replies. The sorting facility should have delivered my item by now, but the delays are frustrating. I regret not choosing another platform.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The seller sent items that were completely different from what was shown. Returning them has been a nightmare. The only available pickup time was during the day, and despite waiting, the driver claimed to have attempted and failed. After several conversations with customer service, the issue remains unresolved despite their assurances.

Terrible Service Experience

If I could give less than one star, I would. I used a cashback voucher and received a defective product. Although I accepted a discount offer from the seller, I later realized I lost my cashback coins without prior notice. Customer service cited company policy, which wasn't mentioned in the terms. This feels unfair, and my interactions with support have been frustratingly unhelpful.

Extremely Disappointed

If I could choose zero stars, I would. I bought a product based on its advertised quality, but upon opening it, I found it to be subpar. My attempts to return and refund have been rejected repeatedly. It's disheartening to see such a disconnect between marketing and actual product quality.

I Wish I Could Rate Zero Stars

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service. They provide no real assistance, only repeating empty phrases about escalating issues. My order has not moved for five days after being handed to the courier, and contacting customer support has yielded no results. I plan to escalate this matter further as I feel cheated.
