Hi , Please Improve Shopee express your delivery itinerary .What is mean buyer not on location ?Normally , Shopee express , J&T ,Ninja Van put the parcel in doorstairs at delivery location . i can't receiving my parcel reason is Buyer Not On Location ,Item not found with driver .So meaning that the buyer need in the house when driver delivery parcel ?this is stupid way .I very not happy on this !
