I ordered several items on 11 Dec and received all but one by 13 Dec. The tracking indicated the item was shipped and arrived at the sorting facility on 12 Dec, but as of 16 Dec, it remains unprocessed. Customer service provided no new information and suggested a refund, which I find ridiculous. I sought assistance, not a refund. The agents seem to lack empathy and provide scripted responses. The sorting facility should have handled my order better, and the delays are unacceptable.
