I paid for my order at the end of January. Today is February 6, and I still have no product, no delivery, and no clear resolution.Here is the situation:The delivery date was clearly stated in the advertisement. I paid in full and fulfilled all my obligations as a customer.The delivery did not happen. I later received contradictory information:emails saying there were “failed delivery attempts”,the tracking page saying the shipment was returned and that a refund was initiated.Customer support gives inconsistent answers.
