Very poor customer experience. I was gifted multiple gift cards, assuming they could be combined for a single order, as this restriction was not clearly stated during the purchase process. This is a significant limitation that directly affected how the gift was intended to be used.
After contacting customer support, I was informed that combining gift cards or issuing a refund is “against company policy.” No alternative solution or goodwill exception was offered, despite the lack of clear prior disclosure.
Extremely disappointing handling of a simple and reasonable request.
I bought two fabric wardrobes. The quality is terrible. They couldn’t even support 5 kilos of weight. The aluminum bars bent and the plastic support corners broke. Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Also, I am unable to leave a review directly on their website.
I paid for my order at the end of January. Today is February 6, and I still have no product, no delivery, and no clear resolution.Here is the situation:The delivery date was clearly stated in the advertisement. I paid in full and fulfilled all my obligations as a customer.The delivery did not happen. I later received contradictory information:emails saying there were “failed delivery attempts”,the tracking page saying the shipment was returned and that a refund was initiated.Customer support gives inconsistent answers. One message says to reschedule delivery, another says the order is already returned.I paid with a foreign (Ukrainian) bank card, and now I am told that a refund may take 5–7 working days, with no clear confirmation that the refund is actually possible in my case.I cannot reliably contact anyone: emails take time, phone calls are difficult, and there is no clear, single point of responsibility.As a result:No productNo confirmed refundLost timeConstantly changing informationFrom a customer’s perspective, this is misleading and unacceptable.If a company takes payment, it must either deliver within the promised timeframe or provide a clear, documented, and reliable refund process.I am leaving this review to warn other customers and to encourage Shopflix.gr to improve transparency, communication, and accountability.

My experience with this company has been overall positive. I have placed several orders, mainly cosmetics, skincare products, and some household items and I never had any difficulty completing my transactions. I also used Klarna once, which made the process easier since the total value of the products was quite high. Deliveries were almost always fast, with the exception of one order that arrived with a slight delay, but it didn’t negatively affect my overall impression.
Long time online buyer, but this is at least to me unheard of...bought a product from the Shopflix app and my order disappeared after the message appeared on the screen :" Your order is successful! ". "Product will be delivered 21/01/2026, we will sent you a confirmation email of your order right away". I'm still waiting...( No order reappeared, no confirmation email, and i'm still talking with the Shopflix representatives). I ve been doing online shopping for 15 years now , both in Greece as well as abroad. A simple : we're SORRY for the inconvenience, our app malfunctioned , or the retailer backed down or run out of the product, would be nice to hear. Bad experience. UPDATE:As I have already contacted your sales team several times about the order , there's nothing that needs to be resolved anymore as you have apologized so politely in your current response. To me it's not only about the order disappearing, the important thing is how we deal with the customers after that. Glitches in the system can happen, but I'm totally pleased with the apology offered and I'm changing my rating to 4 only bc of that.
Customer service was below average. I was expecting my delivery between Monday and Tuesday, which was then delayed until Wednesday with no updates or communication whatsoever. When I contacted the shop, I was told it was the courier’s fault, and when I contacted the courier, they pointed back to the shop. No one took responsibility or kept me informed. Disappointing experience, to say the least.
