Long time online buyer, but this is at least to me unheard of...bought a product from the Shopflix app and my order disappeared after the message appeared on the screen :" Your order is successful! ". "Product will be delivered 21/01/2026, we will sent you a confirmation email of your order right away". I'm still waiting...( No order reappeared, no confirmation email, and i'm still talking with the Shopflix representatives). I ve been doing online shopping for 15 years now , both in Greece as well as abroad. A simple : we're SORRY for the inconvenience, our app malfunctioned , or the retailer backed down or run out of the product, would be nice to hear. Bad experience. UPDATE:As I have already contacted your sales team several times about the order , there's nothing that needs to be resolved anymore as you have apologized so politely in your current response. To me it's not only about the order disappearing, the important thing is how we deal with the customers after that. Glitches in the system can happen, but I'm totally pleased with the apology offered and I'm changing my rating to 4 only bc of that.
