I exchanged around twelve emails with the staff, and although not everyone I spoke with seemed to have access to prior emails and thought they were the first to reach out, they often requested information I had already provided. I expressed my frustration about this, sometimes not very politely. However, they remained courteous and professional, consistently trying to resolve my issue. In the end, everything was sorted out, and my order is on its way.
