UPDATE: I’ll have to watch my cc but Abby said she’d cancel was refunding me for the 2 months of membership. My complaint still stands and I’ll still alert my CC tomorrow of any future charges. Glad this seems resolved but I will not do any business with them in the future.
I ordered 2 shirts on 12/30/25. Nowhere did I see anything about a monthly membership. It wasn’t listed on my email receipt either - just 2 shirts and an Insiders Club listed as Free. I thought it was just accepting promotional emails. I also searched my email and never received an email stating I’d be charged a monthly fee for a subscription. Outrageous and underhanded tactics.
I used their online form and Abby said she’d cancel my membership but no mention as to a refund. I’ll see what happens as I paid $50 for a membership I did not want or approve. I will alert my cc of this company as I’ve read on BBB and Reddit that even after the membership has been cancelled they were charged again. Fair warning to all.
Abby keeps offering me to use a $30 credit but I asked for a refund. This is so disappointing and upsetting.
