I ordered a wig and a ponytail from them. The package said it was delivered but it wasn't. USPS doesn't even deliver to my porch. They delivered to a mailbox and it said that the package was delivered to my porch. I also filed a missing package report with USPS. I reached out to shop hair wigs or ebony line which is the same company via email and they got back to me told me. Thank you for filing missing package report with USPS and that they would be getting back to me as in USPS. USPS got back to me and said that because the package was marked as delivered, there was nothing that they could do about it because they could no longer track the package. And ebony line said that in order for them to do anything for me. I would have had to pay for my order and then email them to pay for an additional shipping charge that got a signature. And that would ensure delivery even though it says that my package is insured up to $100 Via USPS. And there's nothing on the website that states this at all. So buyer beware and I'm going to continue to do more research and see what I can do to stop them from selling anything ever again. And if any of you want to contact me, hit me up on my FB SinbrLasan. I'd love to have enough people for a civil suit because I know you guys are out there. These guys have made a lot of money off a lot of people and are not being held accountable for not delivering. Mind you, this is the second order that has not shown up that I've ordered from them the first time. I thought it was a fluke because they didn't update my address when I moved from California even though I updated it and it stated on my end that it was updated. They sent it to my old address. So I gave them another try and now this has happened.
