The customer service is appalling. I can never reach anyone who knows what they are talking about. I called on behalf of my mother with dementia and waited 15 minutes for their system to work as informed by the representative. My mother was beside me giving permission to speak on her behalf. One simple question was asked and never answered. We wanted to know how much time was left on the agreement—EASY??? This has happened twice. Improve your customer service, train your staff not to read from scripts, and don’t outsource calls without proper training. Now I have to go through this once more, and I'm not looking forward to that experience!
