Consider other credit organizations! I was promised that a duplicate application made by mistake wouldn’t trigger another credit check just two days after the first. Unfortunately, they seem to mislead about everything. They simply say what you want to hear over the phone, showing no concern for the truth.
The customer service is appalling. I can never reach anyone who knows what they are talking about. I called on behalf of my mother with dementia and waited 15 minutes for their system to work as informed by the representative. My mother was beside me giving permission to speak on her behalf. One simple question was asked and never answered. We wanted to know how much time was left on the agreement—EASY??? This has happened twice. Improve your customer service, train your staff not to read from scripts, and don’t outsource calls without proper training. Now I have to go through this once more, and I'm not looking forward to that experience!
I would rate them negatively if I could. I faced an issue with fraud on my account, which led to my bank card being closed, and they had to send out a new one. I informed the company, yet they continued to harass me with collection calls, even when I was not even two weeks late. Some calls came in as late as 11:50 PM and 12:24 AM. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never do business with this organization again. All this over $55, when I've already stated I would make the payment as soon as my new card arrives, but I have no control over postal services.
