One star is too many. Shopify is essentially a legalized scam operation. They have been holding my payouts for weeks with zero explanation, effectively stealing my hard-earned money to collect interest on it themselves.
Every time I contact support, I get the same robotic 'security review' script while they sit on my funds. They have no problem taking their monthly subscription fees and transaction cuts immediately, but when it’s time to pay the merchant, they vanish. If you want to keep your money and your sanity, stay far away from this platform. They are thieves hiding behind a terms of service agreement.
