If I could rate it a DOUBLE ZERO I would! Shopify is playing with me and money right now. I’ve submitted FOUR tickets for an issue from an email that they sent me and now they have paused my payouts. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and each “live rep” via chat has so-called escalated my issue for over a week and NO ONE HAS REACHED BACK OUT TO ME. Next steps is me getting my attorney to look into this terrible business practice.
