Ordered hoodie for son for Christmas. Took over a month to arrive. I had previously reached out for advice on sizes. When it eventually arrived it was too big!Asked for exchange for smaller size. They requested photos of item and original packaging which I sent.I was then given an address in Auburn Washington in USA to return item! There’s no mention of this on website. I duly tried to return item via UPS who told me they couldn’t accept without a phone number.I have requested a phone number and details of recipient as this is required by courier and US Customs. No response..I guess they know it’s expensive to return as you have to pay shipping.Guess they hope you’ll give up as they make the process impossible.If I’d known this person was in USA I wouldn’t have ordered .This has now turned into an expensive mistake! My son is very disappointed I’m exasperated by the process.
