After accidently missing the apartment number on my delivery address the package delivery was not successful. I immediately updated this with both speed X and Joga bonito. Speed X advised it was scheduled for re-delivery, I waited another 2 weeks. Nothing. Checked with both parties again only to be told they had destroyed my package either because it contained perishable items or was damaged. Ridiculous. The whole thing dragged on for a month.
John bonito offered me a 40% discount despite me already telling them I won’t ever shop with them again. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank where I then got a full refund. I will never shop with these people again. Their customer service is an AI chat bot and it takes days for a real person to contact you via email. They make things as difficult as possible so the problem just goes away.

Cancelled my order in an hour and 10 minutes after my purchase and they never cancelled it. At first, they claimed I didn't submit my order within 24 hours (untrue with proof) and then once they accepted that I followed their rule they wanted to charge a 30% processing fee for no work being done.
I ordered an item (a hoodie) as a gift for Christmas and when I realised that someone else had ordered the same thing for this person I tried to cancel my order. The policy states that cancellations must be 24 hours after confirmation, however I cancelled roughly 25 hours after confirmation. Due to this one extra hour I had to pay a 30% cancellation fee of £19.95. I personally believe this is ridiculous, especially during the Christmas period as I wasn’t even allowed an hours grace for the cancellation of the item. Very unhappy with the way this was handled and will not be ordering from this company again.
