From my recent experience this company genuinely cares about it's customers.I raised an issue with my can opener that I purchased to meet my reducing dexterity needs over a year ago. I then unfortunately became unwell and was unable to answer some questions that were asked but I advised Nicca in the customer services team of my situation and the reply I received wished me all the best for a quick recovery and not to worry as we could pick up where we left off once I was well enough too.I can't express how wonderful it was to have a company that saw me not only as a customer but as a human. Once I was finally well enough I responded and I was advised that my opener was outside of the warranty but that as a good will gesture they would replace it for me as they were so pleased to hear how much my can opener improves my independence in my home. A huge thank you to Nicca; your genuineness, patience, and care was clear in all the emails you sent.I hope that other companies take heed in how this company interacts with it's customers.
