I received a can opener as a holiday gift, but the first one was defective. I returned it, and a replacement was sent quickly. Unfortunately, I find it not worth the cost and am very disappointed. The opener requires at least 3 to 6 rotations to function properly.
The response time was prompt, and I received a new opener within a few weeks. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a standardized list of questions to address all inquiries related to replacement or repair in one go. Thank you.

From my recent experience this company genuinely cares about it's customers.I raised an issue with my can opener that I purchased to meet my reducing dexterity needs over a year ago. I then unfortunately became unwell and was unable to answer some questions that were asked but I advised Nicca in the customer services team of my situation and the reply I received wished me all the best for a quick recovery and not to worry as we could pick up where we left off once I was well enough too.I can't express how wonderful it was to have a company that saw me not only as a customer but as a human. Once I was finally well enough I responded and I was advised that my opener was outside of the warranty but that as a good will gesture they would replace it for me as they were so pleased to hear how much my can opener improves my independence in my home. A huge thank you to Nicca; your genuineness, patience, and care was clear in all the emails you sent.I hope that other companies take heed in how this company interacts with it's customers.
Overall, customer service was wonderful! We had an issue with a can opener after using it for only a couple weeks. The customer service representative was very responsive and helpful. We received a replacement product within a few days and the replacement works flawlessly.
I have weak fingers and Kitchen Mama alloys me to open any can completely pain free. The can opener is very easy to use. Unfortunately, it did jam and bend when opening a can during the first year. The company was very responsive and easy to work with to replace my opener since it was still under warranty. I had a very positive experience!
My kitchen mama stopped working about 11 months after purchase and my Amazon return window had passed. I contacted support and they were fantastic in addressing the problem.
