I was billed over $1000 for items I only viewed, not what I had in my cart! I paid solely for my cart items. When I called right away, I was informed that I would need to wait 3 to 5 business days for the credits to reflect in my account. Everything has been refunded except for one item over $570! This is unacceptable, especially since these unauthorized charges occurred just 6 days before Christmas. My account went into overdraft, impacting my credit, and the overdraft fee won't be reimbursed. Please process the credit for the item I never ordered. I will not shop with this service again.
