Do not trust this company they lie about their merchandise they tell you that their jewelry does not fade that the silver over gold never fades. I bought a buy all set of bracelets for my daughter and her friends for Christmas. Today is February 27. all bracelets have turned and when I called the company, they said oh well you can’t do anything about it now because it’s been after 30 days, they didn’t wanna find out what happened or anything all they wanted to do is say well it’s not our fault you had 30 days OK I bought them in December for Christmas. OK Christmas was on the 25th so what’s going on? Don’t trust these people they lied to you and they also double charge you I used a credit card to pay for these purchases. They not only took out the amount of money that was added for the purchase, but they also charged me another fee to make sure the credit card was good not a one dollar fee or something like that but they charge me the full amount twice and then they said oh well in 30 days you’ll get your money back. I don’t know where these people think that they’re doing business but we’re in the United States. The credit card company says that this sounds more like a scam than anything. Most companies only charge between 1 to 5 dollars to verify your account not $100 or more if the product is $100 they don’t charge you an extra hundred dollars to verify your credit card is good. I would not trust these people. Their host are being paid to lie their gold over silver fades and doesn’t last more than 45 days at the most and they don’t care. This is the type of company that says oh well your purchase feeds children but when you ask, what children are they feeding they say we don’t know it’s some organization. This is sounding more and more like a scam with companies like this we don’t need anymore junk and that’s what these people are selling and when you try to get Customerservice, you get sent to a voicemail or you get sent to somebody that doesn’t know how to speak English. Their accent is so bad that you might as well be living in a foreign country. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and they also tried calling me to say can we take your the complaint away? Will give you money to take down your notice. Sounds real suspicious. Don’t you think whatever you do don’t trust these people they’re liars.
I purchased several things from the auction so they all ship seperately.
One item came in a beautiful box and before some other items I had purchased prior to this.
But I also got notice that one shipment was delayed, not sure which one. It showed it going to the wrong place. But if you follow the tracking on the other items , it was on the right path.
Seems pretty random to send it back when it was at it's last stop before it got here.......
Everything I received was beautiful isn’t it this pictured and I received it much quicker than I have from any other jewelry site I’ve ever ordered from it left me very tickled and happy

I purchased four necklaces and four bracelets. They were packed well for shipping and I received them in a timely manner. The problem was that I must have misunderstood the length of the bracelets. When they were listed as 7 to 9 inches with extension I thought the 7 to 9 inches was the length of the bracelets and the extension was extra. Needless to say the bracelets were too small to wear without using the extensions and the extension looked to me to be too weak for an adult male. So we sent everything back.

This item, #7487455, is showing as shipped and delivered under order #SF****3275 with item #6638913. Only item #6638913 was in the box with its corresponding customer relationship document. I only received an order confirmation email. I did NOT receive shipping notification email. This is happening more and more frequently. It appears to me that you have or are in the process of some sort of restructuring/ reorganization. The changes are obvious and poorly executed. I will shop elsewhere!
Get your house in order!
I normally order Lab Grown Diamonds from ShopLC but today I decided to search for a 3 stone Emerald cut Moissinite ring, Wow found one for 39.00. I'm sure it's going to be beautiful. I normally shop for Moissinite at another network channel but this price was unbelievable for 2ct. I can't wait to get it and hope it as beautiful as online. This ring had all 5 star reviews so I'm not worried.
I was billed over $1000 for items I only viewed, not what I had in my cart! I paid solely for my cart items. When I called right away, I was informed that I would need to wait 3 to 5 business days for the credits to reflect in my account. Everything has been refunded except for one item over $570! This is unacceptable, especially since these unauthorized charges occurred just 6 days before Christmas. My account went into overdraft, impacting my credit, and the overdraft fee won't be reimbursed. Please process the credit for the item I never ordered. I will not shop with this service again.
