Do not trust this company they lie about their merchandise they tell you that their jewelry does not fade that the silver over gold never fades. I bought a buy all set of bracelets for my daughter and her friends for Christmas. Today is February 27. all bracelets have turned and when I called the company, they said oh well you can’t do anything about it now because it’s been after 30 days, they didn’t wanna find out what happened or anything all they wanted to do is say well it’s not our fault you had 30 days OK I bought them in December for Christmas. OK Christmas was on the 25th so what’s going on? Don’t trust these people they lied to you and they also double charge you I used a credit card to pay for these purchases. They not only took out the amount of money that was added for the purchase, but they also charged me another fee to make sure the credit card was good not a one dollar fee or something like that but they charge me the full amount twice and then they said oh well in 30 days you’ll get your money back. I don’t know where these people think that they’re doing business but we’re in the United States. The credit card company says that this sounds more like a scam than anything. Most companies only charge between 1 to 5 dollars to verify your account not $100 or more if the product is $100 they don’t charge you an extra hundred dollars to verify your credit card is good. I would not trust these people. Their host are being paid to lie their gold over silver fades and doesn’t last more than 45 days at the most and they don’t care. This is the type of company that says oh well your purchase feeds children but when you ask, what children are they feeding they say we don’t know it’s some organization. This is sounding more and more like a scam with companies like this we don’t need anymore junk and that’s what these people are selling and when you try to get Customerservice, you get sent to a voicemail or you get sent to somebody that doesn’t know how to speak English. Their accent is so bad that you might as well be living in a foreign country. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and they also tried calling me to say can we take your the complaint away? Will give you money to take down your notice. Sounds real suspicious. Don’t you think whatever you do don’t trust these people they’re liars.
