If I could give them negative stars, I would. I made a one-time purchase in September and just discovered they’ve been charging me monthly since. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and have not received any additional products. I regret not doing my research—desperate for a solution for thinning hair, I thought these capsules might help. Their website is down, and I can’t find any contact information. Avoid these scammers!
