I placed an order ($60)August 17th in “transit” Aug 19th. Now September 12 NOTHING! Wrote to support twice told “in transit” ! Is it being walked to me? The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! UPDATE: Auto shipped another order! Can only get refunds if you return the product that NEVER arrived! SCAM. DO NOT BUY!
