I am extremely disappointed! I placed my first order and received a tracking number from overseas, despite their local address. It took over three months to receive it. After a month, I was notified of a second order being shipped, claiming I was subscribed to something I never agreed to. I canceled immediately. I returned the first order and got confirmation, yet I’m still waiting for my refund. The second order was sent after my cancellation and arrived damaged. I was promised a refund, but it’s been months with no sign of it.
