Like many others, I had an awful experience with this deceptive service. I ordered an item, but it was delayed. When I inquired about it, they offered to reorder it for me, but I would need to pay again due to problems with their payment system, while they claimed they would refund the original amount. It was ridiculous. I canceled my order and requested a refund. They informed me it would take 30 days to process, but the money never came. They then stated that the only way to retrieve my funds was to file a chargeback with my bank. Unfortunately, the typical time limit for chargebacks (3 months) had passed, which seemed like a tactic to avoid paying me back. Thankfully, after showing all the correspondence to my bank, I was able to recover my money. It's unfortunate that this service is still allowed to operate.
