Scam company. I ordered cabinet knobs but they never arrived. I emailed them after 2 months and they said they would refund me but the refund never came. When I reached out again they said “ our previous payment processor is holding all refund payments.” so I should contact my bank to refund it but by this point it’s been too long to refund with the bank.
Long story short, if you order from here, you will be scammed so take this as your warning and don’t let the pretty product photos fool you because you won’t receive them anyways.
I placed my order on 3rd October, and was told it would take 6 weeks. Since then, I've been trying to get updates. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. Under consumer protection laws, you can request a refund through chargeback or section 75. I plan to do this and suggest others who are unaware of this option do the same.

Lors de ma première commande, j'avais déjà constaté des délais très longs. Les produits étant finalement arrivés et de qualité acceptable, j'ai décidé de leur donner une seconde chance. Il y a plus de trois mois, j'ai passé trois commandes distinctes pour plusieurs clients. À ce jour, aucune n'a été livrée.
LA COMMUNICATION EST INEXISTANTE : aucun délai clair, aucune information fiable sur l’avancement ou sur le processus de fabrication, qui semble se faire en Chine et non au Royaume-Uni. Des produits similaires sont facilement trouvables sur d'autres plateformes, ce qui soulève un sérieux problème de transparence. Ces retards ont bloqué des projets et empêché mes clients d’utiliser leur cuisine, impactant directement ma crédibilité professionnelle. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez ce fournisseur et ne le recommande pas, surtout aux professionnels.
Like many others, I had an awful experience with this deceptive service. I ordered an item, but it was delayed. When I inquired about it, they offered to reorder it for me, but I would need to pay again due to problems with their payment system, while they claimed they would refund the original amount. It was ridiculous. I canceled my order and requested a refund. They informed me it would take 30 days to process, but the money never came. They then stated that the only way to retrieve my funds was to file a chargeback with my bank. Unfortunately, the typical time limit for chargebacks (3 months) had passed, which seemed like a tactic to avoid paying me back. Thankfully, after showing all the correspondence to my bank, I was able to recover my money. It's unfortunate that this service is still allowed to operate.
I bought a lot from this service, and it turned out to be a complete scam. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, but after that, when I followed up on my orders from October 2025, their replies became infrequent and unhelpful, only once a week. I later discovered this on Trustpilot. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! This has impacted one of our projects.

After 8 months, I managed to secure a refund through my credit card provider, and I recommend this approach to anyone facing similar issues. In their last email, the representative suggested I request a chargeback from my credit card company because they couldn't process the refund themselves, citing an unconvincing reason. It seems odd for a company to suggest this since it's typically the customer's responsibility. I suspected it was just another delay tactic since I was past the usual timeframe for chargebacks. Nevertheless, I provided my bank with all necessary evidence, and they successfully retrieved my funds! I hope this information is helpful to others. Best of luck!
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!! I placed an order and have not received any updates. I’ve emailed multiple times and sent messages with no replies. I even tried commenting on their social media, but comments are limited — which says a lot. I spent a significant amount and will be contacting my bank to recover my funds. Avoid this service; it’s simply not worth it. The support is terrible, and it’s unclear who is even managing the business.
I regret not reading the reviews before buying. I now find myself among many others who have been misled by this company. I was told my items would be dispatched by a certain date, but after weeks of waiting, I have heard nothing. I informed them that I am raising a dispute with my bank.
Why didn’t I check reviews before buying???????? I seem to have also fallen for this scam. Nothing has arrived, no communication, and they have taken my money. I am now speaking to my bank to try and recover it. A dreadful experience—don’t be fooled by their appealing storefront!!!!!
