When I reached out to customer service to seek a return or resolution, I encountered resistance, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. At the time of purchase, there was no clear information regarding a strict “no returns” policy, even though two of the items remained sealed. The customer service team showed no genuine interest in resolving the issue or providing a fair solution. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect basic consumer rights or standard business practices. I cannot recommend this store due to its lack of transparency, unreliable delivery, and inadequate post-sale support.
