The quality exceeded my expectations for the price point, especially the fabric and fit. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and easy to style for both everyday looks and going out.

When I sought assistance, I was informed that help would only be provided if I supplied a written statement from my building’s security or CCTV footage, which is unrealistic for most customers to obtain. I've spent over a week going back and forth between the service, the insurance provider, and the delivery company, with no resolution in sight. Responsibility is constantly shifted between parties, and no one is willing to take accountability. To make matters worse, I was warned that filing a dispute could delay my refund by up to 45 days, which feels like an attempt to dissuade customers from seeking help. The ‘Worry-Free Purchase’ insurance is misleading; it fails to deliver peace of mind or timely support. It seems more like a sales tactic that offers no real value when issues arise. This whole ordeal has been exhausting and unprofessional. I will refrain from purchasing from this service in the future and strongly advise others to reconsider trusting their shipping protection or customer support.

I'm currently having my credit card company get involved. Additionally, the return policy is not clearly indicated before making a purchase; you can only find it after the fact. It would greatly benefit them to clarify return eligibility on the product pages to prevent issues like mine. I know I’m not alone in facing this problem, as I’ve seen many other reviews expressing the same frustrations.

I returned the item unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. However, they claimed it didn't meet their return criteria to avoid giving a refund! I cannot recommend this service! I cannot recommend this store due to its lack of transparency, unreliable delivery, and inadequate post-sale support.
