Purchased a dress and it didn't fit properly despite following the size guide. I had to cover my own shipping costs since it was beyond the 14-day return period. I returned the item unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. However, they claimed it didn't meet their return criteria to avoid giving a refund! I cannot recommend this service! It feels like a scam!
