I've spent over a week going back and forth between the service, the insurance provider, and the delivery company, with no resolution in sight. Responsibility is constantly shifted between parties, and no one is willing to take accountability. To make matters worse, I was warned that filing a dispute could delay my refund by up to 45 days, which feels like an attempt to dissuade customers from seeking help. The ‘Worry-Free Purchase’ insurance is misleading; it fails to deliver peace of mind or timely support. It seems more like a sales tactic that offers no real value when issues arise. This whole ordeal has been exhausting and unprofessional. I will refrain from purchasing from this service in the future and strongly advise others to reconsider trusting their shipping protection or customer support.
