Their website further states 'To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.'. I can meet this criteria.When I tried to return the projector, they company declined, saying 'After reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund for your purchase. As per our refund policy, Unfortunately, as this order does not meet those criteria, we cannot proceed with a refund at this time.' Aside from the above on their website, they do not provide their refund policy. I believe they are FALSELY ADVERTISING EASY RETURNS when they do not.Further, they claim to be Gold Coast based. The item shipped came from China and took longer than they advertise. I've tried to find an ABN linked to the company. I can not. Finally, Reddit users concur: this website and company are a scam.
