ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND A HAZARDOUS ITEM! I am incredibly upset. This hair dye is without a doubt the worst I've ever encountered. It claims to be free of harmful chemicals and ammonia, but that is utterly misleading. The moment it touched my scalp, I felt intense burning, not just a slight irritation! The instructions even instruct you to apply it to your hands, which has left them stained completely black. I've tried everything to remove the stains—soap, shampoo, scrubs, even acetone—and nothing has worked! I've used hair dyes for years without ever experiencing such issues. For a product that promotes being gentle and safe, this is outrageous. It feels unsafe and should not be available for sale. It's misleading and irresponsible. I am extremely let down and genuinely worried for anyone else who tries this. I seldom write negative reviews, but this needs to be known. DO NOT purchase this product. Stay far away if you care about your skin and well-being. Companies that sell such dangerous products should face consequences and be removed from the market immediately.
