I wish I could give them zero stars. Awful awful company, their final offers page is so misleading and somehow ended up with a VIP membership where they took money from my account monthly. They did reply to emails fairly quickly I guess, but horrific experience from start to finish. I haven’t used their products because I was so annoyed
