I wish I could give them zero stars. Awful awful company, their final offers page is so misleading and somehow ended up with a VIP membership where they took money from my account monthly. They did reply to emails fairly quickly I guess, but horrific experience from start to finish. I haven’t used their products because I was so annoyed
The package label states NovaBliss instead of NovaLift. The patch is smaller than what was advertised or shown in the video; it seems like there's no serum when removing it, and it stuck to my under-eye area, causing skin pulling. After one use, it doesn't re-stick, making it non-reusable as claimed.
I highly advise against purchasing from this company! I ordered a set of eye patches in late November, and a month later, I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, they charged my account again three weeks later without delivering any product. I've had multiple email communications with them, but nothing has been resolved. Initially, they claimed I had a VIP subscription, which was why I was charged a second time. When I pointed out that I never signed up for a subscription, they responded that the VIP subscription merely offers a lower price. However, they still failed to clarify why I was charged again and why no product was sent.
I had a terrible experience; I canceled my order just two hours after placing it, but they refused to process the cancellation. After receiving my order, they claimed they couldn't provide the promised prepaid return package but did refund my money. Despite canceling my order, they charged me for a monthly membership. The patches are not as advertised; it feels like a complete scam!

Like others, I discovered unauthorized charges of 39.99. I urge you to avoid this company. I bought under-eye lift patches in October, which arrived as expected, but they were not worth the price. I saw no improvement. The real issue is the unauthorized and recurring charges in November and December, for which I received no product. I tried calling the number linked to the charge, but it led to a random person's voicemail. I thought I might have inadvertently signed up for a subscription, so I checked their website but found no option to cancel or access my information. I quickly contacted my bank, canceled my card, and disputed the charges. Fortunately, I caught it in time and will get my money back.
I was charged monthly despite never signing up for a subscription. After the first charge, I received a nice apologetic email saying they would refund it once it cleared, but that refund never came, and I received more charges. I've seen similar reviews and plan to report this to my bank.
