I had a very disappointing experience. My laptops were delivered to a location over a month ago and still haven't been shipped. I ordered them well in advance for a special occasion, but it seems impossible to receive them in time. They attempted to send them to a different country over a month after the shipping fee was paid. After a long delay, I was informed that they could only ship from another location. I requested to cancel the delivery and have it sent elsewhere, but I have not received a response. I'm at a loss for what to do.
