The service does function, which is the only positive aspect. At their location, I faced exorbitant delivery rates; the measured weight was higher than the actual weight, leading me to believe the most expensive courier was chosen. I can accept a handling fee, but the pricing lacks clarity. I paid immediately, yet the parcel was dispatched much later. I later learned they might wait to consolidate shipments, which caused a frustrating delay. Now, I have a parcel at another location, where the weight on the label shows 0.5 kg, but they measured it at 1.15 kg and then applied a volume weight of 3.73 kg, making the shipping costs much higher than expected. Overall, the service felt slow and costly, and their weight and pricing approach is not transparent. I’m considering switching to another provider for a more straightforward and reasonably priced process.
I had a very disappointing experience. My laptops were delivered to a location over a month ago and still haven't been shipped.
