So here it goes.Been using this company for few months now, and decided that I won't spring into action after my first successful delivery or experience as you might call it, but I will give it some time, to see if the level of service drops, as it usually tends to happens with parcel delivery companies.And, to be fair, I'm finding it by far the most suitable service for what I require. I have limited amount of options, especially if I purchase products from UK stores - payment hustle, tracking, logistics, delivery and don't get me started on trying to find out, what has happened to my parcel if it was lost.Accidentally I stumbled upon Shopogoli website, that takes all the hustle, logistics and etc. away, simplifying my life.Site is easy to understand, tracking information is up to date, and even though I had few questions in regards my shipment, I called their support line, and 'YES' my call was answered with 2nd attempt, but once answered, help with my questions and guidance that support provided, cleared all my doubts.Thus in short:System they offer: Excellent, very thought trough.Customer support: Good, very helpful, usually reply quickly, but I did face slight delays, but that's typical for companies if they are busy, I guess.Service they offer: Wide range, well structured, even for customised requirements.Delivery time: Again, few shipments were delayed, but it was mainly do store shipping timeframe or at the customs clearance.Overall, vary pleased, and would suggest to anyone who's access is restricted or limited and are looking for ways to buy products in UK / Europe and ship them across the world.I base it on personal experience, so take it as it is.Hopefully this is useful to someone.
