I submitted a return request on December 5th, and as of January 2nd, the item has STILL NOT BEEN COLLECTED. That's nearly a month of ignoring my return request — utterly unacceptable for any brand, especially one that labels itself as “premium.” The customer service is a COMPLETE JOKE. Every time I reach out, I receive the same insincere apology, scripted reply, and empty promise: “Your issue will be resolved in 24–48 hours.” FALSE — nothing ever occurs. No pickup. No updates. No accountability. This company clearly cannot manage even the simplest online return, and their customer support is utterly inadequate. I will never shop online with them again and strongly advise others against trusting their service.
