An absolute shit company which should definitely go out of business.
They sent me my orders very very late , not the colours ordered and all items broken. To make the return I had to mail and call them atleast 100 times yet no response from their end . The management team probably just faffs around and makes the customer care team take the brunt of the customers. An absolute shit company.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and delivery experience. It has been 8 days since I placed my order, and my product is still not delivered. This is completely unacceptable for a so-called “premium” brand. What makes the situation worse is the inadequate customer service. I have been calling every day, and all I receive are insincere apologies, scripted responses, and empty promises. Each time they assure me, “Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours”, but nothing actually happens. There are no follow-ups, no proper updates, and no accountability. The customer service representatives seem confused, untrained, and indifferent. None of them provide clear information about the status of my order. Sometimes they blame the courier, sometimes they mention system updates, and other times they simply disconnect the call. This reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility in the service. If a company cannot deliver a product even after 8 days, they should at least have the decency to provide honest updates or cancel the order with a refund. Instead, they are wasting customers’ time and testing their patience. This experience has caused me significant stress and frustration. I had trusted the brand due to its reputation, but now I see that the online service is severely lacking. There is absolutely no coordination between the delivery team and customer support. For a brand of this size, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering online from this company. If you value your time and peace of mind, it’s best to look elsewhere. There are many better platforms that respect customers and deliver on time. This was my first and last experience with them. Very poor experience. Zero professionalism. The worst customer service.

TOTAL SCAM — ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE — AVOID ONLINE SHOPPING!

I submitted a return request on December 5th, and as of January 2nd, the item has STILL NOT BEEN COLLECTED. That's nearly a month of ignoring my return request — utterly unacceptable for any brand, especially one that labels itself as “premium.” The customer service is a COMPLETE JOKE. Every time I reach out, I receive the same insincere apology, scripted reply, and empty promise: “Your issue will be resolved in 24–48 hours.” FALSE — nothing ever occurs. No pickup. No updates. No accountability. This company clearly cannot manage even the simplest online return, and their customer support is utterly inadequate. I will never shop online with them again and strongly advise others against trusting their service.

Avoid Purchasing from This Company

Please do not buy any products from this company. The service is very poor. I received a new watch that stopped working after one month, and when I complained to their service department, I was dissatisfied with their response. They claimed the watch would be repaired, but I have wasted over a month without any progress.

No Stars for This Company (Fraudulent Practices)

Not even one star, it's a shameful experience for scamming customers. Terrible customer service, no refunds, scripted responses, the online app is non-functional, and unhelpful staff. I urge everyone to boycott this company permanently and teach them a lesson. They are fraudulent for not returning my refund for weeks, despite having evidence. I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection soon.
