I am extremely disappointed with the service and their inadequate delivery. It has been 8 days since I placed my order, and my product has not yet arrived. This is completely unacceptable for a so-called “premium” brand. The situation is made worse by the dreadful customer service. I have been calling daily, and all I receive are insincere apologies, scripted replies, and empty promises. Each time, they claim, “Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours,” but nothing happens. There’s no follow-up, no proper updates, and no accountability. The representatives seem confused, untrained, and indifferent. They often provide vague information regarding my order's whereabouts. Sometimes they blame the courier, sometimes they mention system updates, and occasionally, they simply disconnect the call. This reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility. If a company cannot deliver a product after 8 days, they should at least provide honest updates or cancel the order with a refund. Instead, they waste customers’ time and patience. This experience has caused me significant stress and frustration. I trusted the brand due to its image, but now I see that their online service is severely lacking. There is a clear disconnect between the delivery team and customer support. For a company of this size, this level of service is disgraceful. I strongly advise against ordering online. If you value your time and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
