I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and delivery experience. It has been 8 days since I placed my order, and my product is still not delivered. This is completely unacceptable for a so-called “premium” brand. What makes the situation worse is the inadequate customer service. I have been calling every day, and all I receive are insincere apologies, scripted responses, and empty promises. Each time they assure me, “Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours”, but nothing actually happens. There are no follow-ups, no proper updates, and no accountability. The customer service representatives seem confused, untrained, and indifferent. None of them provide clear information about the status of my order. Sometimes they blame the courier, sometimes they mention system updates, and other times they simply disconnect the call. This reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility in the service. If a company cannot deliver a product even after 8 days, they should at least have the decency to provide honest updates or cancel the order with a refund. Instead, they are wasting customers’ time and testing their patience. This experience has caused me significant stress and frustration. I had trusted the brand due to its reputation, but now I see that the online service is severely lacking. There is absolutely no coordination between the delivery team and customer support. For a brand of this size, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering online from this company. If you value your time and peace of mind, it’s best to look elsewhere. There are many better platforms that respect customers and deliver on time. This was my first and last experience with them. Very poor experience. Zero professionalism. The worst customer service.
