Lost more than $1000 and no action so far. It's likely turned into a scam.This is not my first time using myUS.I bought a $900 phone to be shipped express, no additional items to combine.As opposed to the website, it's less than $70 for shipping but I was charged around $160. Nevermind, I needed it before August 18th as a gift, so I paid it.Now the box reaches me a week later. I clear the customs with an additional $170 and receive a box containing lotions. My phone isn't there!!This is the content I receive for a $1000 expenditure:Add drive[dot]google[dot]com/ followed bydrive/folders/1bnr0KnsQrFOh1OmOhHo_6Mxd5f4vXeOr?usp=sharingCustomer support is not present, tried their whatsapp but they say it's a shopping team dossier, but don't let me contact them, instead, the conversation is simply cut off and I'm back to the automated bot.A couple days later, I pester them and someone tells me they'll look into to re-order and send as quickly as possible but now a week down and two days before August 18th, I'm still left with no answer if I'll get my item back.I don't think myUS will do anything except keep me waiting.I have contacted my country's authority to advise where to report this to the american authority as a scam since I have received proof from Fedex, payment proof to their company and enough documents to prove it.I don't recommend anyone using myUS, this is not the kind of service anyone wants to pay for.
