Avoid this SCAM!
They are holding your package hostage and adds fees to everything.
Expect the shipping to be 5x to 10x more than advertised.
They only try to charge you extra for new/other services that you do not want/need.
They overcharge you for the delivery.
"Suggesting" a severely higher cost service.
You could find the advertised shipping which is hidden in settings for the item in your account. But then they are adding other fees.
It ended up being almost 5x higher cost of the shipment than the item itself!
So I opted for a "free" return. But that was not free either it turns out.
Amazon could not pick it up.
I was in contact with their incompetent support that only could give generic copied answers. I spent more than a month emailing their "support" with generic copied answers back and forth. But no resolution or effort from myUS to solve it.
Eventually Amazon helped me with a refund and MyUS stole the item.
Avoid MyUS as the plague.
It will cost you a lot of money and/or even more time.

Their measurements were consistently inflated compared to the actual carrier data, and when confronted with proof, their support team responded with generic, scripted bot answers.They essentially held my business inventory hostage for two weeks over a fabricated 'special handling fee.' For any business that operates on strict SLA requirements: Stay as far away from MyUS as possible. They aren't just 40% more expensive once you factor in the hidden fees; they are a liability to your supply chain. Consider this a final warning."
I have been using MyUS for seven years without a single issue. However, recently, during this year, they have started to stray from their previous standards.1. They overvalued my first package, and I had to contact them to correct it. That issue was eventually resolved.2. The second package was also overvalued, but something strange happened: a setting was changed without my knowledge. I always keep my packages on hold until I review everything, but this time it was changed to automatic shipping, which cost me a lot in taxes due to the incorrect valuation.3. The worst issue came with the third package. It arrived damaged with a crack. I submitted a claim since I had paid for insurance, but 21 days have passed with no progress on the claim.4. My last package, which I now regret sending, has been stuck under review for a couple of weeks. Despite sending emails and trying their chat support, I have received no information on when it will be shipped.It is truly a shame, because in previous years I had a very good experience with them. Unfortunately, this year they have changed significantly—and in the wrong direction.
I trusted MyUS with a shipment worth over $2,000, delivered from New York to their Sarasota warehouse.They later told me they could not ship it internationally — which is false, as I have received similar shipments many times before. My honest review of this companyGuys, I want to share my many years of experience with this company. I’ve made several transactions with them over the years. Some parcels indeed went smoothly. But keep in mind: as soon as anything goes even slightly off plan—special requests, specific questions about the goods—they will squeeze every last cent out of you.Here are my cases:Case 1.I received a shipment and asked them to return it. One of their representatives told me that since I didn’t need the product, he had disposed of it. But I never asked them to throw it away —I specifically asked them to return it. When I requested proof, such as a protocol or documentation confirming disposal, he admitted there was none. I strongly suspect this person simply stole my goods and claimed they were disposal. I ended up losing $270.Case 2.I needed to send a parcel within the UK. They charged me an additional fee of nearly $45, saying it was because the shipment contained perfume and was classified as dangerous goods. To verify this, I later contacted the actual carrier who transported the package. The carrier confirmed to me directly that no such surcharge applied, since it was being shipped via ground delivery. In other words, they lied just to extract extra money from me.Case 3. (the worst one)I received another parcel and again requested a return to the sender. They deliberately dragged the process out. For weeks, I would send inquiries and only get generic template replies instead of clear answers. They stalled until the storage period expired. Earlier in the process, they reassured me—“we’re working on it, we’ll handle your request, we’ll ship it soon.” But once the storage deadline passed, their response changed: “We won’t be sending it anymore, now you owe us money.”This has been going on for almost 3 months now. Imagine: a logistics company unable—or rather, unwilling—to return a parcel for three months. And now they’re trying to put the blame on me, just to squeeze more money out. In the end, it seems that they will simply keep my goods "hostage" and then take them for themselves again.⸻⚠️ My conclusion: Please, never in your life use this company. Some transactions may go through smoothly, but the moment you need their help with anything out of the ordinary, they will find a way to profit off you—dozens or even hundreds of dollars at your expense. They will do everything possible to drain you.I don’t want to advertise other companies, but I strongly urge you: go with someone else. Never use this service. I hope this saves someone money.
I signed up with this company in order to have a book parcel shipped from London to Australia. Parcel was delivered to their London hub within 24 hours but then the problems started. The tracking note says the parcel was despatched via Aramex on 8 July. On 10 July it is shown as being held by UK Customs. MyUS erroneously told me I needed to provide Aramex with a street address, but I couldn't because Aramex do not have the parcel. I have been trying for a week to find out what is going on and when I will receive my parcel. Emails are not responded to promptly and the best I get from their Chat is confirmation Aramex do not have the parcel. They have even ignored my request to close my account altogether as a result of their poor service. All I want to know is when I can expect my parcel and they can"t even tell me that. I have just been informed that because I have not taken up the option to pay more to have the parcel shipped to a street address the parcel has now been destroyed. Great service bearing in mind I gave them a street address when they told me (after charging my credit card of course) that the carrier would not deliver to a PO box .
