Terrible customer service. Their website says they a) open all packages and b) will let you know if you try to ship anything which will not be allowed to be imported by your destination country. They clearly did not do this as my parcel was returned to them from customs at my destination country at a cost of over $100 which they automatically charged to my card. I have no clue if that is what Fedex charged them as they will not provide any evidence of what it actually cost. Emails go unanswered and live chat can't help other than say 'the management will not issue a refund to you'. 100% avoid this company!
