The delivery company have suggested it may have been stolen. I was advised by the delivery company to claim Myus.so I emailed. I was told to submit a claim, which I did. over two weeks ago.every subsequent email I've sent has told me to 'submit a claim'. Even when asking for updates, it just says the same god damn thing.Their WhatsApp messaging customer help is useless. You have to start off with a POS digital assistant. Many hours later they reply and then if you don't write back within 5 minutes they close the chat.I'm talking 6+ hours of a gap between my messages and their initial reply and then they close the chat after 5 minutes if they don't hear back.there seems to be no recourse. atrocious customer care
