This is going to be long. With my current experience with Shoppre they don't even deserve 1 star.I saw the their advertisement on Instagram where they claimed to deliver products from Indian Shopping Websites. I signed up with them and ordered 2 Indian dresses worth of Rs.2000 on Dec 5th, Thank God I didn't ordered more. I did the payment, then there was no updates for 2 days whether my order was placed or not. I contacted their customer support (AI Customer Support), who said usually we should get an update within 3-6 hours after placing the order but they have no idea why this isn't the case with me. They raised a ticket, which is left unsolved till now. Everytime I chase them they just apologize and say that my ticket is being looked into urgently, yet nothing happened till now. I have requested a refund now. I think this is totally unprofessional and they are totally unreliable if you are planning something in near future.I feel like I am scammed.
