I ordered eight jackets from this company and didn't receive any of my packages. It's really disheartening that they take your money without delivering. They claim the items have been delivered, but I haven't received anything. I suspect this place is a scam, as they only seem to care about taking your money. Being a disabled customer, I found the support team to be unhelpful and there’s no way to contact customer service. This has been a frustrating experience; I've been waiting for two months and will never order from them again. It's truly disheartening not to receive my items, and customer service just keeps insisting they were delivered, but they never arrived at my door or mailbox. They couldn't even provide the carrier's phone number or proof of delivery. I regret giving them my information and sharing my experience as Shondra Varela. First timer here to use Shoppre.com to ship some collectibles from India to the Philippines. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first but Trustpilot and the reviews provided some assurance. I opted to use the Personal Shopper.The Good:- Website was easy to use for me but intuitiveness can be improved;- Video instructions were helpful;- Buying from the regular selection on the site is a hit or miss (non-Personal Shopper)—I think personal shopper is the easiest;- Payment options were reasonable and transparent if there were additional fees (ie PayPal);- Great customer service and updates via WhatsApp;- Fast Delivery thru FedEx;For Improvement:- Lack of other shipping options to Philippines: I was limited to FedEx which accounted for bulk of my expense: actual items purchased was 1/4 of the cost; It would be good to have other shipping options that were affordable;Other notes: It would’ve been nice if the Personal Shopper went the extra mile of suggesting other links for the out-of-stock items that were excluded/cancelled by the seller from my order. That’s a missed opportunity for a sale in my humble opinion.Will I recommend it to friends? Definitely. Will I buy from it again? Only if there are other shipping options to Philippines that are cheaper. I would go as far to even suggest patterning it to Japan’s Buyee that has EMS, FedEx, UPS, Airmail and Seamail.Nonetheless, I am still grateful for the smooth experience. Thank you, Shoppre.com
This is going to be long. With my current experience with Shoppre they don't even deserve 1 star.I saw the their advertisement on Instagram where they claimed to deliver products from Indian Shopping Websites. I signed up with them and ordered 2 Indian dresses worth of Rs.2000 on Dec 5th, Thank God I didn't ordered more. I did the payment, then there was no updates for 2 days whether my order was placed or not. I contacted their customer support (AI Customer Support), who said usually we should get an update within 3-6 hours after placing the order but they have no idea why this isn't the case with me. They raised a ticket, which is left unsolved till now. Everytime I chase them they just apologize and say that my ticket is being looked into urgently, yet nothing happened till now. I have requested a refund now. I think this is totally unprofessional and they are totally unreliable if you are planning something in near future.I feel like I am scammed.
